Reservation and cancellation policy

For any reservation or cancellations of the trip / holiday the following policy applies;

Upon confirmation, 50% of the total cost will be paid to our bank account to facilitate reservations. The remaining 50% will be paid on the day the trip begins or transferred one week before the trip starts.
In case of spent percentages of the deposits paid, at the time of cancellation, will be subjected to the reservation policy of the service providers paid.
In case the deposits or full payments have been done, the balance from the payment, on the bank account, will be charged 100$ per person for any trip budgets of 900$ and above and 50$ per person for any trip budget of less than 900$. This fee is to cover for the admin that has already been implemented by the business.
All deposits are refundable less the company cost charges of 50$ or 100$ per person as stated above and any other bank charges incurred.

For accommodation and activities, the following refund policy will apply to all the deposits.

From 30 days before the date of accommodation: 100% will be refunded
From 15 days before the date of accommodation: 90% will be refunded
Less than one week before the date of accommodation: 75% will be refunded

Payments by credit cards or PayPal will attract an extra charge of 5% to be added to the total trip cost. Wire transfers sending fees will be charged on the client from the sending bank while RFCT will be charged the clearing charges by our bank from the total cost of the trip.

kindly note that, in every park we visit, we give as much opportunities to the local community providers to provide services such as accommodation, meals, tours and other services. we carefully choose from the list of trained and approved high quality community enterprises. However, we are also in partnership with all levels of providers for mid range and luxury service providers as we do take many of our visitors here. Our team is happy to include them on the trips as a choice.
