Rwenzori Turaco is on the road that heads to the National Park gate where all Rwenzori treks to Margarita start. our rates are affordable catering for all budget options. the mountain views are great, as we are surrounded by the Rwenzori foothills on either side. this makes our lodge the best place to visualize the mountain treks that you dream to make during the stay.

Our amenities

the camp has multiple levels of accommodation from pitching your own tent, to safari tents and guest rooms. All rooms are furnished with  bedding. Some rooms have private bathrooms and others shared options. with Ruboni water and electricity, the camp is comfortable for most guests who come to Rwenzori.

During your stay at Rwenzori Turaco view camp you will have an opportunity to dive into a pool of community and trekking activities in Ruboni village and on the Rwenzori mountains. the list of activities include; forest walk looking for chameleons and other reptiles, primates, birds, and plants, a day or overnight hill trek looking for the best mountain scenery with a chance of viewing margarita peak on clear days, the cultural village walk to participate in the Bakonzo local way of life, the traditional dance events of the Bakonzo people at the community visitors center, Bakonzo traditional cooking experience, or Rwenzori mountain trekking.
