Murchison falls national park is the oldest protected area of Uganda and still the closest to Kampala city. It is named after the Falls where the whole river Nile is forced in a seven meter crack, making a highlight of most people who visit this park. On reaching the top of the falls, you will be thrilled by the thumbing sounds of the magnificent water falls as the Nile forces into the seven meter crack to thunder 45 meters below in a series of cascades. View the Nile from different angles to satisfy your interest and love for nature. You will have a chance to cruising on the river Nile to see the animals at close range in a paradise of the Crocodiles and Hippo, the tip is suitable for a full weekend the best time to blast stress out of your nerves.
The next day is reserved for a paradise of trailing the game and wildlife with an option of game walks while studying animal spoors. Common sight is Uganda Kob, Giraffe, Elephant, Lion, Harte beest, Oribi or other Savannah and woodland birds. Spend your night in a local community campsite to share the local culture around the national park.
