Description: This is the most extreme water adventure in Uganda. It is a journey to the highest waterfalls. The location is also a magical landscape unmatched to any other part of Uganda. The journey takes you through the Mabira forest and over the Nile in Jinja, giving you an opportunity to participate in the water adventure on the world’s longest river. You will also be visiting Sipi located in the foothills of Mount Elgon packed with nature and adventure wonders. You will be participating in a series of nature and cultural activities at sipi, including; rock climbing and abseiling besides Sipi falls, the waterfalls walk, coffee experience in the hills, sundowner in the evenings, trekking to the forest exploration center inside Mount Elgon National Park or participating in the water-based adventure on the Nile including rafting, bungee jumping, kayaking or tubing, and other community activities.   • Day 1: Kampala – Sipi:

    After breakfast, set off early morning from your Kampala hotel. Today’s journey takes you through the residential communities depicting the local life in the central region of Uganda. The common site will be fresh food roadside markets, banana farms, and then Mabira forest before you cross the Nile River in Jinja. From jinja, you will drive for another three hours to Mbale and Kapchorwa to be welcomed by the great landscape of the Sipi area below Mount Elgon. Dinner and overnight at crow’s-nest, overlooking all the three magical Sipi falls.
  • Day 2: Explore Sipi

    Early morning at breakfast and then you will meet the guide as you get a briefing about the plan of the day. Start the three waterfalls’ walk taking you through the rustic village with viewing opportunities. At each of the three waterfalls, you will have a memorable moment as you listen to the rumbling sounds and glorious views of the water falling 100 meters down the cliff. On the walk, you will not miss the colorful birds, beautiful mineral rocks in the caves, and the rich culture through the coffee farming, the village sundowner tour, and visits to the traditional homesteads to participate in the local coffee brewing experience.
  • Day 3: Sipi - Jinja - Kampala:

    Take a very early breakfast and then transfer to Jinja for the mighty Nile river experience. On arrival at Jinja, you will go for white water rafting for half or full day. A long list of other options includes; bungee jumping, horseback riding, cycling, kayaking, and tubing, visiting the source of the Nile as it starts its 6650km journey over eleven countries to the red sea and many others in a great team of traveler and staff. Depending on the activity of choice, lunch will be in Jinja and then transfer to Kampala in the late afternoon for dinner and overnight, marking the end of the trip.
