The camp creates employment for the local youth, women, and men running the camp, providing guiding and hospitality services, offering the experiences on the tourist trails. the camp creates a market for the local produce and services such as foods, crafts, and cultural services.

Forest conservation, tree planting, conservation awareness rising, and other conservation activities are directly supported by the camp through education and implementation.
