Elgon is a unique volcano that is known to be the oldest extinct volcano in East Africa at 24 million years of age. You will have a chance to be in this unique habitat, explore the volcanic caves and wildlife. You will be amazed at the top with a massive caldera. This caldera is the largest in the world. The mountain boasts of up to 300 bird species and 24 mammal species with 12 endemics.
